Refunds/ Exchanges

UPDATE: we are currently not accepting ANYTHING back while in the pandemic! Please confirm orders before placing them- as we will not be able to offer exchanges or returns. 

 

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you do not absolutely love your new item, or need to change the size, you are welcome to exchange within 7 days of purchase. Items returned must be in new condition, with original tags in tact. If items are damaged, or if there is an error on the part of the store, you may return or exchange for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. If items appear to be worn or damaged in any way, owner reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund. In the event that an item can not be exchanged, a store credit may be issued in the amount in which the item was sold for. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Consumer is responsible for shipping items back, unless there is an error on behalf of the store. FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return or exchange.

SHIPPING POLICY- Please understand that once an order is shipped, we are no longer in control. We are not responsible for any loss or damaged packages- please be sure and purchase insurance to protect your package. Our flat rate option does not include insurance- however priority mail does include insurance.
