Refunds/ Exchanges

M LaShea & Company, does not offer exchanges or returns on any of our products sold- however, we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and will work diligently to correct any issues on our end, as well as process any necessary refunds due to error.

In the event that an item is received defective, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit in the value of the item, which can be used at a later date. Please note that oftentimes, packages are damaged or lost by the shipping carrier and in that case- an individual claim with the company should be filed directly- unless, shipping insurance is purchased with the order. We will process all damaged or loss orders with the shipping protection directly in house with a full replacement.

To report any issues with an order and request a return/exchange, please contact us at within 24-48 hours after receiving package. We also ask that you include clear photos of the items for review. We may request for the items to be returned or discarded.

ALL DIGITAL SALES ARE FINAL. However in the event that duplicates are ordered, we will gladly refund for all dupes



All orders are processed within 3-5 business days, with the exception of weekends and holidays. This does NOT include the shipping time, as that can vary.


USPS is our current shipping carrier and the shipping delivery timespan will rely solely on them. Estimated deliveries for Standard Flat Rate could vary between 2-5 business days after processing. Please be sure to check the tracking number for updates.

Priority Mail can vary from 2-3 business days after processing. 

PLEASE NOTE that as postage continuously increases each year, we will also make minor increases to help offset the differences in cost. We appreciate your understanding.


We sometimes offer a SKIP THE LINE add-on service which can help expedite the processing of your order. With this service, your order is marked as priority and automatically pushed to the top of the list for processing.



Please see optional rates for shipping insurance at checkout. Shipping insurance includes protection for any lost or damaged packages. Please be sure to notify our company within 48 hours of receiving the package with pictures at Additional insurance purchase covers lost/damaged goods, HOWEVER, any packages that show as DELIVERED does NOT qualify for insurance and should be addressed directly with shipping carrier.

Please understand that once an order is shipped, we are no longer in control. We are not responsible for any loss or damaged packages- please be sure and purchase insurance to protect your package. Our flat rate option does not include insurance- however priority mail does include insurance.
